new customers and employees, and to keep abreast of the developments in
fields of interest to the company.
Growth

Each ALPHATECH

job enhancement and growth assignments. Employees are invited to participate
in special assignments and projects which willl expose them to every aspect
of our industry and business. Growth assignments involve new and challenging
projects and/or technology. Although regular job responsibilities are the
priority and special assignments may not be immediately available, ALPHATECH
management is committed to working with each employee in this process.
Extensive
Collaboration with the Academic Community ALPHATECH's technical staff
members regularly collaborate with outstanding members of the academic
community, from such esteemed learning engineering schools as MIT, Boston
University, University of Connecticut @ Storrs, University of Maryland
@ College Park, Purdue and Dartmouth.
Performance
Evaluations
Performance
evaluations provide a great opportunity for collaborative, two-way communication
between employees and management. They provide insight into employee performance,
level of job satisfaction and career goals. At ALPHATECH, all employees
are reviewed informally following their first six months of employment,
and then reviewed formally on an annual basis thereafter.
