Single vendor responds to largest airport parking RFP - Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)

ALPHATECH and Scheidt & Bachmann was the only vendor team to submit a proposal by the deadline of May 1, 2001 in response to the demanding request for proposal (RFP) from Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). In February LAWA issued a RFP for the largest LPR-RCS (revenue control system) system ever in one procurement, with over 180 lanes.
